This impressive assembly process achieves more efficient, ergonomic, and safer handling. At the Ehingen site, where mobile and crawler cranes are manufactured, LIEBHERR is creating the conditions to achieve a planned long-term increase in production of up to 50% more cranes.  <\/p>\n<p>Part of the conversion process is a custom device from Genkinger for the assembly and testing of up to seven individual telescopic profiles. When assembled, the telescopic sections, which are up to 14 m long, form booms up to 90 m long for LIEBHERR mobile cranes. In this equipment class, the company offers telescopic cranes with lifting capacities from 30 to 750 t.
