It needed to handle 10-ton aluminum coils with a load center of 1,100 mm at a lift height of 6 m. At first contact, the customer asked whether such a machine was even feasible and whether Genkinger had a reference project. There was no reference project, but there was also no &#8220;can&#8217;t be done.&#8221; So Genkinger designed an innovative machine for the reduced aisle widths where no standard forklift would fit.
