Are you looking for a robust standard all-rounder, an innovative special solution, or would you like to modernize or convert your Genkinger material handling vehicles? – Describe your challenges in production logistics, warehouse logistics, or textile technology.

Much more than standard
High-performance special construction
Based on information from our sales team and on-site photos, our project planning department develops your custom material handling vehicle. Our high vertical integration in special construction makes it possible to achieve the maximum for you – in flexibility, precision, and load capacity.
For simple designs, you will receive a drawing; for more complex special constructions, we will present our proposed solution in a 3D model.
Good to know: We rethink every project from scratch, yet draw on a large inventory of finished components.
Room for special requests
All in-house
Based on the quotation drawing, our sales team reviews with you how the new material handling vehicle integrates into your environment and processes. If your requirements have changed or new wishes have arisen, they will be incorporated into the proposed solution.
After your approval, our design department carries out the detailed elaboration: including strength calculations, manufacturing drawings, and material data. The thorough preparation by our design team ensures a smooth process within our own manufacturing.
Good to know: In-house special machine construction creates design freedom even for very specific requirements.
With full control
Ready for production
Manufacturing drawings and material data from project planning go to work preparation, which plans the manufacturing steps for the new material handling vehicle.
From welding to mechanical manufacturing, electrical assembly, painting, and quality assurance including safety testing, your material handling vehicle is manufactured by us in Münsingen and is ready for final acceptance.
Good to know: Genkinger material handling vehicles are so incredibly robust because we have control over every weld seam and almost every cable.
Ensuring traceability
What, where, how...
What has proven to be an investment security for our customers in the past was and still is a contribution to sustainability. We have access to documentation for all our built equipment and vehicles dating back to at least 1990. You will, of course, also receive technical documentation for your new material handling vehicle.
Good to know: A CE certificate is a matter of course for all our material handling vehicles. In addition, they meet at least the requirements of the current Machinery Directives.
Hard at work
Transporting under continuous load
Our sales and service team supports you during commissioning and, if necessary, trains your operating and maintenance personnel on the new material handling vehicle. During ongoing operation, dedicated service contacts are always available to you.
Arrange a service agreement right from the start that matches the operational load of your vehicles. It is best to combine the annual UVV inspection directly with an inspection or maintenance.
Good to know: We deliver original spare parts (compliant with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015) directly from Münsingen in the shortest possible time.

- Restoration of safety compliance
Conversions of material handling vehicles carried out in-house often lead to safety gaps. General overhauls, partial retrofits, or retrofits by our manufacturing department are also options that we examine. Restoration of EC conformity included.
- Easy handling for extreme loads
“Workarounds” such as using an overhead crane may achieve short-term goals but can negatively impact employees and efficiency in the long run. Thanks to our high vertical integration, we offer special constructions even for extreme lifting heights and transport weights.
- Completely new? Very large? Or completely different?
When a new production facility is planned, our focus is not only on the loads. Our sales team also advises you on optimizing travel paths so that your material handling vehicles are optimally adapted to the production processes and spatial conditions on site.
- Our specialty: special applications
Moving heavy and bulky items with ease is not the only challenge we face. In some projects, spatial conditions, the degree of precision in handling, or the room climate pose additional tasks for our project planning team.
