60° angle for hot tools
A company in the packaging industry changes 350 kg heavy tools using a Genkinger device. At a 60° angle, it inserts the tools into a stamping press. As the tool is very hot after use, it cannot be handled by hand. A floor-mounted guide rail ensures the vehicle is positioned correctly. A digital inclinometer supports tool pick-up. The industrial truck also places the workpieces on a rack shelf at a height of over 2 m. The footprint is only 1.36 m², and the carbon footprint is also low thanks to the device’s long service life.
