Particular attention was paid in the vehicle design to ensuring that the charging trolley is individually matched to the dimensions of the charges as well as to the furnace structure. The custom design ensures precise and efficient charging of the industrial furnace. For maximum operational safety, the vehicle is equipped with an electric lift interruption and a mechanical lowering lock. This combination ensures a controlled lifting process and reliably protects both personnel and equipment.
This charging trolley was designed in close coordination with our customer as well as the involved manufacturers of the furnace system and the appropriate load carriers. By exchanging STEP models (3D data), we were able to ensure that the vehicle is precisely matched to the structural conditions and the process requirements. The result: a perfectly fitting, safe and efficient solution for furnace charging.
