Stamping and Deep Drawing Production:

In stamping and deep drawing production, tools weighing up to 300 kg must be regularly moved between racks and presses. Since neither the presses nor the racks are equipped with rollers or balls, the tools are moved on steel on steel. This led to high physical exertion and increased the risk of injury for employees.

For our customer, we developed a customized solution to make tool changes safer, faster, and more ergonomic. The electric high-lift truck with a push/pull attachment ensures an ergonomic tool change that can be performed without physical exertion. The push/pull attachment with a push/pull chain offers a pulling/pushing force of up to 1,000 N, allowing the device to effortlessly move heavy tools between presses and racks.
