A manufacturer of fine paper and specialty paper uses six Genkinger paper roll transporters in industrial heavy-duty applications. The electrically powered transport solutions are designed for continuous use in three-shift operation and meet the highest requirements for reliability and availability.
The vehicles in use move paper rolls weighing up to 7,500 kg between production and the warehouse. They impress with high driving stability, precise manoeuvring and user-friendly controls.
A particular advantage is the modular vehicle concept. It provides easy access to the battery system for maintenance work. For uninterrupted operation, a battery change trolley was also developed. This enables fast and safe battery replacement while production is running.
The paper roll transporters were tailored precisely to the customer’s specific requirements, making a significant contribution to increasing efficiency in internal material flow.
