For transporting heavy steel coils

The Genkinger Electric Heavy-Duty Reach Truck EFSM was developed for demanding heavy-duty logistics. The EFSM series covers load capacities from 4,000 to 20,000 kg, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial transport tasks.

The energy-efficient three-phase AC technology and the regenerative braking system feed braking energy back into the battery. This reduces energy consumption and makes the electric heavy-duty reach truck particularly suitable for multi-shift operation.

The ergonomically designed driver’s workstation offers high comfort. This includes an air-suspended seat, a height-adjustable footrest, pedal control, an ergonomic steering wheel grip, and a joystick with armrest. The 4.3-inch color display provides all important information clearly.

The Genkinger Curve Control function automatically adjusts speed when cornering. Additional features such as an LED light kit, Blue-Spot, rotating beacon, programmable lift height preselection, hydraulic load monitoring, and camera systems increase safety and productivity.

For example, an EFSM heavy-duty forklift transports 5,000 kg steel coils up to a lift height of 3,000 mm. With hydraulically telescopic fork tines, an additional 2,000 kg can be picked up with a larger load center.

This enables efficient side loading of trucks and facilitates the internal transport of steel coils. The electric heavy-duty reach truck thus combines high load capacity, precise control, energy efficiency, and ergonomic operation.

Thanks to the diverse equipment options, the EFSM can be individually adapted to different requirements and operating conditions in heavy-duty logistics.
