A company in the food sector was looking for a solution to pick up transport goods from the rear and secure them stably during travel. Standard solutions did not offer the necessary safety and precision. An individually developed lifting system was required for an automated guided vehicle that also met high hygiene requirements.
Our solution: a specially designed attachment lifting mast with chassis for use with an AGV drive system. Load handling occurs against the main direction of travel via a low-lift unit with paired fork tines. A fixed hold-down device ensures reliable securing of the transport goods during travel.
The compact and robust chassis enables precise and safe handling. All installed components are designed for the specific conditions in the food industry – hygienic, durable, and low-maintenance.
The implementation was carried out in close consultation with the customer. The result is a tailor-made solution that integrates seamlessly into the existing material flow and operates reliably in daily use.
