These special transport tasks place high demands on internal material flow and require high-performance industrial trucks that go beyond the capabilities of standard solutions.
For a customer’s specific requirements, Genkinger developed the EGU electric low-lift pallet truck with stainless-steel forks as a robust and flexible transport solution. The low-lift pallet truck was designed for the safe handling of heavy special pallets and enables the transport of loads up to 8,000 kg.
Solution: heavy-load transport with individually adapted technology
The EGU electric low-lift pallet truck impresses with its high load capacity, precise control and reliable travel performance. The powerful 48-volt travel drive with 5.0 kW enables efficient transport processes even with high loads.
The foldable ride-on platform ensures ergonomic operation and supports safe transport over longer internal distances.
A particular highlight is the forks clad with stainless-steel sheet. These offer advantages for applications with increased requirements for cleanliness, material resistance and corrosion protection. This also makes the low-lift pallet truck suitable for sensitive production areas, for example in environments involving cleanroom applications.
