Flexible assembly frame for warp beam positioning
The sectional warp beam assembly frame TMD supports the safe and precise assembly of warp beam tubes. The swivelling trolleys enable controlled positioning and alignment of the warp beam tubes during assembly.
With a load capacity of up to 2,500 kg, the assembly frame is suitable for different warp beam configurations. The number of trolleys used can be flexibly adapted to the respective number of sectional warp beams.
Swivelling trolleys for precise alignment
The swivelling trolleys enable the warp beam tube to be rotated and aligned. Especially with warp beam tubes with a feather keyway, this allows the tube to be positioned precisely as required.
This allows warp beam tubes to be guided precisely through multiple sectional warp beams and aligned for assembly.
Telescopic trolleys for flexible warp beam lengths.
By simply releasing the locking pin, the trolleys can be adjusted telescopically. This allows the frame to be flexibly adapted to different warp beam lengths.
Assembly frame can be customised.
The trolleys can be removed from the frame. This allows the assembly frame to be used for different numbers of sectional warp beams and adapted to the respective assembly task.
Easy positioning with our transport solutions.
For internal transport, the assembly frame can be moved with the tractor HR 25 or the tractor EGS 10. This allows the frame to be moved safely to the respective place of use.
