Warp Beam Changing Trolley KHUR:
Manual Warp Beam Lift Truck with Tube Grippers for Different Machine Widths
High downtime due to changing machine widths? In weaving mills with variable production lines, different machine widths often lead to delays in warp beam handling. The warp beam changing trolley KHUR offers a flexible solution and adapts to different machine widths with its adjustable tube grippers.
The warp beam changing trolley KHUR enables safe pickup and precise insertion of warp beams without modifications or special tools. This makes warp beam changing more efficient and ergonomic.
Maneuverable chassis for tight work areas
The compact chassis makes the KHUR particularly maneuverable and enables precise maneuvering by one person. Even in confined spaces, the warp beam lift truck is easy to move. This allows warp beams to be picked up, transported, and inserted into the weaving machine quickly and ergonomically.
Height-adjustable tube grippers for different storage heights
The compact chassis makes the KHUR particularly maneuverable and enables precise maneuvering by one person. Even in confined spaces, the warp beam lift truck is easy to move. This allows warp beams to be picked up, transported, and inserted into the weaving machine quickly and ergonomically.
Our history –
Innovations for the textile industry since 1955
Genkinger has been established in the textile industry since 1955. Even back then, company founder Lothar Genkinger developed the world’s first warp beam pallet truck – an innovation for internal transport in the textile sector. This was followed by numerous patents and world firsts that revolutionised the transport, handling and storage of warp beams, spinning cans, cloth beams, cops and raw materials. Today, weaving mills, warp knitting mills and spinning mills worldwide rely on Genkinger’s reliable lifting and transport vehicles.
