Batch and cloth beam handling –
Large Batch Trough Truck GM
The GM large batch trough truck enables the safe and ergonomic transport of batches in the weaving mill. Its stable construction is designed for heavy loads while remaining easy to maneuver.
With its robust design and well-conceived transport functions, the GM supports a safe and efficient material flow in textile production.
Mechanically operated trough flap for safe batch handling
The mechanically operated trough flap ensures maximum safety when handling batches. It allows for the controlled and safe transfer of the batch from the batch winder. At the same time, the trough flap serves as a transport lock, ensuring the batch is reliably secured and cannot slip.
Large, stable wheels for smooth movement
The GM truck is equipped with large, stable wheels. They ensure smooth and safe movement. Even when fully loaded, the truck can be moved effortlessly – both over short distances within the weaving mill and over longer stretches.
Fold-down center wheel for stable guidance
The fold-down center wheel increases safety and precision during maneuvering. It provides stable guidance and makes it easier to maneuver in narrow aisles and around corners.
Our history –
Innovations for the textile industry since 1955
Genkinger has been established in the textile industry since 1955. Even back then, company founder Lothar Genkinger developed the world’s first warp beam pallet truck – an innovation for internal transport in the textile sector. This was followed by numerous patents and world firsts that revolutionised the transport, handling and storage of warp beams, spinning cans, cloth beams, cops and raw materials. Today, weaving mills, warp knitting mills and spinning mills worldwide rely on Genkinger’s reliable lifting and transport vehicles.
