The stationary lifting frame enables safe and precise handling of ribbed drums. It lifts the drums to swivel them 180° and empty them in a fixed position over several hours—fully compliant with the strict Ex requirements. Every technical customer requirement was taken into account to deliver a bespoke and efficient solution.

• Pneumatic-hydraulic lifting unit: The lifting frame is equipped with a pneumatic-hydraulic lifting unit that meets all Ex requirements. This technology ensures precise and safe operation of the device, even under demanding operating conditions.
• Stainless-steel design: To ensure high resistance and durability in the operating environment, many components of the lifting frame are made of stainless steel. This minimises corrosion risks and increases the service life of the device.
• Special rubber coating on the gripping jaws: The lifting frame’s gripping jaws have a non-slip coating to ensure safe and gentle handling of the ribbed drums. This prevents the drums from slipping during lifting and swivelling.
• Shut-off valve for increased safety: An additional integrated shut-off valve ensures that the load cannot lower in the event of pressure loss, thereby guaranteeing hermetic sealing over several hours.
