The charging vehicle for hardening furnaces was specially developed for the precise and safe transport of batches into hardening furnaces. With its compact design, maneuverability, and well-thought-out features, the electric charging vehicle is the ideal solution for work areas with limited space.
Its shortened chassis with adapted wheel arms effortlessly masters low clearance heights, narrow entry widths, and limited entry depths.
Cantilevered forks bring batches of various sizes into position efficiently and safely.
Unique solutions for special requirements
- Compact design: A low, short, and narrow chassis guarantees maneuvering in restricted space conditions.
- Travel speed reduction: The vehicle's standard travel speed is max. 6.0 km/h. Using a toggle switch, the speed can be flexibly reduced to min. 0.5 km/h (rabbit/turtle mode). This enables precise and safe maneuvering in confined spaces, especially in areas in front of a hardening furnace.
- Ergonomic auxiliary control. Side-mounted control elements enable comfortable and safe handling of all machine functions. The additional pulse-controlled slider allows for millimeter-precise and gentle lowering of the load, ensuring precise, safe, and material-friendly operation.
- Optimal lighting: Two LED work lights ensure ideal illumination for precise entry into the hardening furnace.
