Coil Transporters for Steel Coils

In mechanical engineering and the steel industry, the internal transport of steel coils is a demanding task. Standard transport carts often do not offer the necessary load capacity or flexibility. Our custom coil transporters are precisely designed to meet these challenges.

We develop and manufacture tailor-made platform carts and special vehicles for the safe and gentle transport of steel coils. Our solutions enable high load capacity with optimal maneuverability, making them ideal for use in production and storage halls.

The platform coil transporter is equipped with individually adaptable coil cradles and stanchions for load securing. This allows various coil sizes to be securely fixed. A hardwood lining protects sensitive coil surfaces during transport. Oscillating load rollers ensure optimal ground contact and minimize stress on the hall floor.

Operation is carried out via radio remote control. This offers the operator full control from a safe distance and significantly improves occupational safety.
