Electric Warp Beam Transport Trolley EE-SMM
The EE-SMM electric warp beam transport trolley enables flexible removal and transport of warp beams in the weaving mill. Two electrically operated cradle flaps allow the warp beams to be picked up from the winder from both sides.
This allows the transport trolley to be flexibly adapted to different production layouts and workflows. The motorized drive supports safe and controlled transport, even with heavy loads and large warp beam diameters.
Ergonomic operator platform for maximum visibility
The ergonomically designed operator platform features two full-fledged operating positions for controlling the trolley. This ensures you always have the best overview, regardless of the direction of travel. The well-thought-out ergonomics reduce physical strain and make longer journeys comfortable.
Double-sided cradle flaps for flexible warp beam handling
The double-sided cradle flaps offer maximum flexibility in warp beam handling. Aisles can be accessed from both sides, allowing workflows to be optimally adapted to your production environment. Electrical operation directly from the operator platform saves time and ensures particularly comfortable handling. At the same time, the cradle flaps act as roll-over and transport protection, ensuring the warp beams are securely fixed at all times.
