Genkinger Electric Heavy-Duty Low-Lift Truck EGU
The Genkinger EGU electric heavy-duty low-lift truck was developed for transporting extreme loads. The EGU series offers electrically powered heavy-duty low-lift trucks for load capacities of up to 120,000 kg.
The model presented here has a load capacity of 30,000 kg with a load center of 1,300 mm. It was developed for a generator manufacturer and replaces the previous crane logistics there. This accelerates processes and reduces the required personnel deployment.
The robust chassis with two synchronized drive units on an oscillating rocker ensures uniform power transmission and high traction. The three-phase AC technology reduces wear and maintenance.
The regenerative braking system feeds braking energy back into the battery. This makes the electric heavy-duty low-lift truck suitable for efficient multi-shift operation.
