Mobile Lift Table for Precise and Ergonomic Tool Handling
For a manufacturer in the fastening technology sector, a mobile lift table was implemented as a custom solution for ergonomic tool transfer to a press. The requirement: tools with varying dimensions should be transferred with minimal physical strain and positioned with millimeter precision.
A compact lift table with electrohydraulic lift is used. The lifting movement is executed precisely and sensitively via a manual hand lever control valve.
The platform is equipped with mechanically retractable balls. They enable easy, omnidirectional movement of heavy tools. After positioning, the balls can be retracted and the load additionally secured by insertable side and front rails.
