Rail-guided stainless steel lift table

The replacement and efficient maintenance of circulation pumps is a major challenge in saline and humid environments. In potash production in a processing plant, confined spaces and the high weight of the circulation pumps make access for maintenance work difficult. To ensure fast and safe replacement of the pumps in the future, we have designed this custom solution: a rail-mounted, mobile lift table made of seawater-resistant V4A (1.4571) stainless steel. This specialized device makes it possible to move heavy pumps and motors on a stable base frame with millimeter precision under the balcony hatches, thus ensuring safe removal by mobile crane.
The lift table can also be converted and used for three pumps with motor and gear unit arranged side by side, which minimizes the acquisition costs for the system.

The lift table has a load capacity of up to 10,500 kg and a separate control unit that can be detached from the lift table. The working hydraulics for sensitive lifting and lowering, as well as lateral shifting of the mounting platform, can be controlled extremely precisely via control joysticks using the supplied cable remote control. The hydraulic power unit and control system are mounted on a mobile trolley and can be flexibly coupled to the lift table. The construction, made entirely of stainless steel, guarantees maximum corrosion resistance and is ideal for use in humid, saline atmospheres.

With this rail-mounted stainless steel lift table, the maintenance of circulation pumps becomes significantly safer, more ergonomic, and more efficient. Long downtimes of the evaporation plant are minimized. This makes our lift table the ideal solution for maintenance and pump servicing in mining, potash production, and chemical processing.
