Special-purpose device for the semiconductor industry: The specially developed electric pedestrian high-lift stacker truck provides a safe and efficient solution for transporting and handling special transport load carriers and shipping pallets. The special-purpose device enables the precise placing of the transport pallets into shipping crates or onto shipping pallets. This simultaneously eliminates a bottleneck in the customer’s production and shipping process.

With a load capacity of 3,000 kg at a load centre of 1,100 mm and a base initial lift of up to 4,800 kg, the device impresses with high stability. The lifting range from 100 to 900 mm and the hydraulic side shift of ±100 mm enable sensitive lifting and positioning of heavy loads.

The radio remote control enables convenient operation of all functions from a safe distance. This allows ergonomic work outside the hazard area. The very good visibility when positioning the load carriers increases process safety and ensures significant time savings compared with conventional forklift use.
